Federal Senior Accountant

Location: San Jose, CA

Summary:

Quantum3D, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Federal Senior Accountant for its CG2, Inc. subsidiary located in San Jose California.  We are seeking a high-energy, team player to take ownership of CG2’s accounting and finance functions.

Responsibilities Include:
  1. Ensure timely completion of audits by accounting firm, government agencies (DCAA)
  2. Assist with cost analysis for proposals, Forward Bid rates
  3. Ensure compliance with GAAP, FAR and DCAA regulations
  4. Ensure contract compliance for cost allocations
  5. Prepare annual incurred cost submission reporting for DCAA
  6. ICE Modeling and Compliance
  7. Maintaining and analyzing each contract profit and loss and working closely with each contract manager to update planned scheduling and cost information
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting
  2. Detail-oriented with experience in government accounting and administration relating to FAR, DCAA audit functions, pricing practices and all types of contract administration. 
  3. Solid understanding of a small business environment. 
  4. Experience with full cycle accounting, job cost and government sales
  5. Excellent computers skills with Microsoft applications
  6. Experience with Deltek preferred
  7. Experience in dealing with Corrective Actions to DCAA’s audit concerns.
Compensation and Benefits:
