About the Opportunity

The Company is actively seeking a qualified self-motivated professional Program Controller to provide day to day direct program control and administrative support.

  • The selected candidate must be a U.S. Citizen or have permanent resident status and should have an Associates Degree and at least three years of job-related experience is required. Bachelors Degree in Business Administration is preferred. Additional related experience may substitute for education. DoD program administrative experience a plus.
Duties and Responsibilities

Preparing, collating, maintaining and publishing program schedules, cost control reports, periodic status reports, action items lists, calendars and meeting minutes. Special focus will be placed on establishing and administering common procedures and practices across programs including support for kick-off meetings, regular program reviews, and uniform document management and control. These procedures will implement tracking and monitoring of the flow of all program related documents from inception to distribution/delivery and final archival at program end; and providing final quality assurance check for all contract deliverables.

Provide periodic administrative support for proposal preparation, including maintaining cost estimating spreadsheets and providing document control through the proposal lifecycle. Other short term projects/assignments from time to time as directed.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  1. DoD program administrative experience.
  2. Working knowledge of Earned Value Management systems and controls.
  3. Motivated, forward-thinking multi-tasker with the ability to identify the need for and implement improvements to administrative processes, procedure and methodologies.
  4. Strong skills and demonstrate aptitude in MS Office Suite, especially Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel are required.
  5. Demonstrated experience with MS Project is preferred.
  6. Excellent, professional written communication skills are required.
  7. Ability to acquire and maintain security clearance of Secret or higher.
  8. Travel: Occasional travel with short periods over 25% as needed for specific projects.
Training and Experience Required:

Associates Degree and at least three years of job-related experience is required. Bachelors Degree in Business Administration is preferred. Additional related experience may substitute for education.
