Gordon A. Campbell has served
as the Chairman of the Board of Quantum3D since co founding
the Company in March 1997. Mr. Campbell is the founder of
Techfarm, Inc., a venture capital investment firm, and has
served as its President since September 1993. He served as
Chairman of the Board for 3dfx since August 1994, when he
co founded the Company with Ross Smith, Gary Tarolli and Scott
Sellers. In 1985, Mr. Campbell founded Chips & Technologies,
Inc. (CHIPS), a semiconductor and related device company,
and served as Chairman, CEO, and President of CHIPS until
July 1993. Mr. Campbell founded SEEQ Technology, Inc., a semiconductor
and related device company, in 1981, and served as President
and CEO from 1981 to 1985. Mr. Campbell also serves as a Public
Director for Palm Corporation
and Bell Microproducts, Inc. |

Michael joined Quantum3D as Chief Executive Officer in April, 2008, bringing his more than three decades of experience building successful companies. Michael’s distinguished career includes the founding and subsequent public offerings of two companies—Corvus Systems in 1981 and Videonics in 1994. He then served as Chairman and CEO of a third public company, Focus Enhancements, until 2002. Still a member of the Board of Directors at Focus Enhancements, Michael’s career has revolved around enabling companies to maximize their customer and shareholder value. He has worked with, consulted for, and served on the boards of some of Silicon Valley’s leading technology startups. He also serves on the National Counciil of Northeastern University and holds an A.B. in mathematics from Northeastern.

Arthur C. Yan joined Quantum3D as Vice
President of Operaitons in March 2004, bringing more than
25 years of global manufacturing, outsourcing, procurement
and operations management experience. Prior to joining Quantum3D,
Mr. Yan was Vice President of Operations at Digital Archway
and Evans & Sutherland/AccelGraphics. Mr. Yan also held
manufacturing engineering management level positions with
Kubota Graphics Corp./Stardent/Ardent Computer, Amdahl, Flextronics
and Rolm. Mr. Yan holds a BS Degree in Electronics Engineering
Technology from Cogswell College of San Francisco. |

John L. Archdeacon is a co founder of
Quantum3D. Mr. Archdeacon’s department is responsible
ensuring the quality of Quantum3D VSST and EVC COTS products
and for providing post-sales customer support and field
service. Previously, Mr. Archdeacon has successfully held
other critical roles within the Company including Vice President
of VSST Program Engineering under which Quantum3D began
its successful delivery of the Company’s VSST Solutions,
which include IGs, software, synthetic environments and
realtime 3D models to meet customer specific requirements.
Mr. Archdeacon’s team, with support from Quantum3D
core engineering, was successful in delivering numerous
important programs including USAF TSS, DoT NADS, TH-57C
FIT, F-15E MTC, F-15K, B-2B PES, P-3C TORT, and others.
These deliveries include the development and delivery of
program specific image generator solutions to simulation
and training customers. Most deliveries often include the
development and integration of geospecific synthetic natural
environments for out the window and in some cases IR or
NVG versions. Prior to joining Quantum3D, Mr. Archdeacon
was a co founder and Vice President of Gemini Technology
Corporation which was acquired by Quantum3D in 1997 and
which was a market leader development of realtime 3D scene
generation software which is supported by SGI and Sun, Real3D
Image Generators, and PC based platforms, including those
equipped with 3Dfx graphics hardware. Mr. Archdeacon also
served as a senior engineer at TRW, Inc and Simulation Technology
Corporation and was responsible for the development of simulated
avionics display subsystems in various hot bench environments
as well as development of out the window scene simulation
using Evans & Sutherland and other COTS image generation
technology. Mr. Archdeacon holds a Master of Science Degree
in Computer Science from Wright State University and a BS
in Computer Science from the University of San Francisco.

Glen Pearson joined Quantum3D in 1998 and
has been directly involved with the development of several
generations of VSST products, including Mercury, AAlchemy
and Independence. Prior to joining Quantum3D, Mr. Pearson
was a Project Manager at MultiGen, Inc. with principal responsibilities
for the Creator Modeling software package on Windows based
PC computers. Mr. Pearson worked on Illustrator vector graphics
at Adobe Systems, Inc., wrote the digital software package
for the QuickTake100 digital camera at Apple Computer, Inc.,
and engineered various digital imaging systems at TRW Inc.
Mr. Pearson holds a BA degree in Mathematics from San Jose
State University and a MS degree in Computer Science from
Stanford University. Mr. Pearson is a leading advocate for
shower curtains in all hotels. |

Alan Simmonds joined Quantum3D in July
1999 and brings 19 years of project leadership and management
in the development of complex hardware architecture designs
in the Visual Simulation and realtime visual computing, High
Performance Computing, and Industrial Visual Computing industries.
Prior to joining Quantum3D, Mr. Simmonds was a Principal Systems
Engineer at Primary Image and a Research Officer at the University
of Sussex. Mr. Simmonds’ areas of expertise include
board and FPGA design, CPU architectures, SERDES, Switched
Fabric Networks, graphics processors, digital video processing,
PC system design, and rack infrastructures. He holds two US
patents in computer graphics and FPGA electronics, and several
pending US patents. Mr. Simmonds received a BSEE degree from
the University of Sussex, UK in 1984. |

Herb Kuta is Co-founder of Quantum3D
and is currently responsible for the system software architecture
of the company's flagship Independence PC-based IG and forthcoming
“Stinger” and “Katana” IVC/EVC systems,
with a particular emphasis on making the relatively complex
system easy to manufacture, use, and maintain. With over
25 years of relevant experience, Mr. Kuta is a recognized
expert in the field of realtime systems software engineering
and has participated in a variety of 3D graphics industry
activities and organizations, including SIGGRAPH Birds of
a Feather sessions and the OpenGL Architecture Review Board.
Prior to joining Quantum3D, Mr. Kuta co-founded Pellucid,
a graphics systems company later acquired by Media Vision,
where he developed the software architecture for its dual
MIPS/Intel system and created an OpenGL® 1.0 API compliant
Software Development Kit for Win32. Prior to his efforts
at Pellucid, Mr. Kuta was a co-founder of Silicon Graphics
(SGI) in 1982 and worked in nearly all areas of computer
graphics systems design, including the initial architectural
work with Microsoft for its implementation of the OpenGL
1.0 API. Mr. Kuta holds a BA (First Class Honours) in Engineering
Science from Oxford University, England, and an MSEE from
Stanford University. Mr. Kuta has received a blue ribbon
at the Santa Clara County fair for product naming and nomenclature
for seven years in a row.

Mark Snyder joined CG2 in February 1999,
which was acquired by Quantum3D in 2002. Mr. Snyder currently
serves as Director of Engineering for CG2, the wholly owned
subsidiary of Quantum3D that specializes in government R&D
contracts including SBIRs and BAAs. In addition, Mr. Snyder
also manages the development of software toolkit engineering
for the embedded visual computing market. Prior to joining
CG2, Quantum3D, Mr. Snyder was employed with Honeywell International
as a flight-deck engineer developing advanced avionics display
applications, including the innovative Dassault Falcon EAS
avionics system. As a commissioned officer in the U.S. Air
Force, Mr. Snyder was a research engineer at Air Force Research
Lab, Kirtland AFB, New Mexico, where he was involved in
distributed simulation and advanced visualization research.
Mr. Snyder received a BS degree from Arizona State University
in 1987 and received an MS degree from the Air Force Institute
of Technology School of Engineering at Wright Patterson
AFB, OH in 1993. Mr. Snyder holds several US and International
patents in the avionics software and digital mapping arena.

Michael Pavloff joined Quantum3D in
2001 as Vice President of Business Development. Mr. Pavloff
has more than fifteen years of experience in Business Development
and strategic partnerships. At Quantum3D and CG2, the wholly
owned subsidiary of Quantum3D, Mr. Pavloff has led a number
of customer initiatives that have led to the Company’s
development of ExpeditionDI and Thermite Tactical Visual
Computer. Prior to joining Quantum3D, Mr. Pavloff was Director
of Business Development at CacheFlow, Inc., a leading Internet
Infrastructure Appliance company. Prior to CacheFlow, Mr.
Pavloff managed the Telecom Industry vertical market at
SGI, focusing on the Internet and networking equipment sectors.
Mr. Pavloff has participated in many high profile transactions,
such as the SGI and ATT IDS joint venture, the SGI acquisition
of Cray Research, the Siemens and IBM OEM deals. Mr. Pavloff’s
thirty-plus years of experience also includes 11 years with
Silicon Graphics, and 15 years with CDC. Mr. Pavloff holds
a BSCS degree from Purdue University. Mr. Pavloff holds
the world’s record for changing menu items in a Denny’s
restaurant and is widely known as an expert at irritating
wait staff and customer service personnel in hotels and
rental car agencies worldwide.

Dale Stimson is a Quantum3D Co-founder
and a leading technical expert with proficiency in multiple
realtime software disciplines, including system architecture
for visual simulation and embedded systems, software design,
performance optimization, networking, and device driver
development for Windows and Linux operating environments.
Prior to his role at Quantum3D, Mr. Stimson was a co-founder
of Gemini Technology Corporation, which was a leading developer
of realtime 3D scene generation software for SGI, Sun, and
Real3D image generators, as well as PC-based platforms that
was acquired by Quantum3D in 1997. At Quantum3D and at Gemini
Technology, Mr. Stimson has served as VP of Software Engineering,
VP of OpenGVS Software Development, and as Program Manager
for visual simulation projects. Mr. Stimson has managed
the integration of VSST products and projects, providing
specific expertise and guidance on software architecture
and optimization of 3D visual simulation systems, as well
as design criteria for the construction of efficient 3D
virtual worlds.

Mr. Pinkard rejoined Quantum3D, Ltd.
in 2006 as Director of Business Development for EMEA for
the EVC Market. Mr. Pinkard is focused on design wins for
the EVC product line, by working closely with major EMEA
defense contractors, system integrators and solutions suppliers
both directly and indirectly by establishing a VAR/Distribution
channel.
Prior to his employment at Quantum3D, Ltd., Mr. Pinkard
held the position of Chief Technology & Engineering
Officer for Netshift Software, Ltd., a start-up company
funded by Royal Dutch Shell, concentrating Software Tools
and Solutions for robust embedded touch screen “Self
Service” environments. PreviouslyMr. Pinkard co –
established the European Office of MIPS Computer Systems
(later acquired by SGI) supporting design wins in major
engineering companies across EMEA. Mr. Pinkard holds a BSc
(Hons) in Physics from Birmingham University, UK (1976).

Rick Davis joined Quantum3D in August
2001 and is a software design engineer with 28 years experience
in operating systems development (Windows, Linux, Unix),
I/O subsystem design, software development tools for super-mini
computers, and system software/libraries for advanced 3D
graphics workstations. Prior to joining Quantum3D, Mr. Davis
was the Manager of Digitial Media Development for Silicon
Graphics and Director of Software Development at Intergraph
Computer Systems. Mr. Davis received a BSCS degree from
the University of Florida in 1979. Mr. Davis holds several
patents in the area of realtime digital video editing.

Mr. Gersuk joined Quantum3D in 2006
as Vice President of VSST Technical Marketing. Mr. Gersuk
has over 25 years of experience in visual systems engineering,
visual systems product and program management and business
development, coupled with active participation in terms
of chairmanship and publications in numerous technical committees
at I/ITSEC and IMAGE. Mr. Gersuk is well known and widely
respected within the visual simulation community. Prior
to his employment at Quantum3D, Mr. Gersuk held increasingly
senior roles at Aechelon Technology, Multigen-Paradigm,
Contraves, Signetics, and General Dynamics, where he held
increasingly senior positions in business development, engineering
management and systems engineering. Mr. Gersuk received
a BSEE from the Virginia Polytechnic Institute in 1971.
