Pratish Shah, President and CEO

Pratish Shah is the President and CEO. For the past year, Mr. Shah was Quantum3D’s Vice President of Marketing and Sales where he successfully developed and implemented global strategic marketing and sales programs in the company’s core defense and aerospace businesses, and in a range of targeted commercial market segments. He directly managed all Quantum3D worldwide marketing, sales and communications teams and oversaw channel development, customer acquisition, web development, trade show programs, brand development and lead generation. Prior to joining Quantum3D, Mr. Shah provided management and global consulting to companies expanding operations into Brazil, India and other emerging markets. Mr. Shah also co-founded Locaxion LLC, an award winning iPhone app business for outdoor enthusiasts. Mr. Shah has held executive sales & marketing positions at 3Dconnexion, RealVision and Evans & Sutherland. Mr. Shah holds a BSCS degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an Executive MBA degree from Pepperdine University.

Gary Williams, Chief Financial Officer

Gary Williams joined Quantum3D as its Chief Financial Officer in October 2012. Mr. Williams also serves as Secretary, Executive Vice President of Finance and CFO of Summit Semiconductor LLC, a fabless semiconductor company in the wireless audio market that he joined in August 2010. From September 2002 to July 2010, Mr. Williams served as Secretary, Executive Vice President of Finance and CFO of Focus Enhancements Inc. a publically traded company that developed semiconductor chips and systems for the video market. Mr. Williams joined Focus Enhancements Inc. as Secretary, Vice President of Finance and CFO in January 2001, in connection with the acquisition of Videonics, Inc. From February 1995 to December 2000, Mr. Williams worked for Videonics Inc., where he had most recently served as Vice President of Finance, CFO and Secretary. From July 1994 to January 1995, he served as Controller for Western Micro Technology, a publicly traded company in the electronics distribution business. From January 1990 to June 1994, Mr. Williams worked in public accounting for Coopers & Lybrand LLP. Mr. Williams is a Certified Public Accountant and has a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Accounting, from San Diego State University.

Jan Bjernfalk, Vice President of Products

Jan Bjernfalk is currently responsible for Product Management, Marketing, and Customer Programs.  He first joined Quantum3D in 2011, has held key roles in both Product Marketing and Engineering Management within the company, and was instrumental in reshaping product strategy in the visual simulation market.  Mr. Bjernfalk’s experience includes over 15 years of engineering and product development leadership in the fields of computer graphics, visual simulation, digital displays, and computer platforms, and a further 10+ years of technical marketing experience.  He has previously held executive-level product management positions at Xi3 Corp. where he launched an award-winning line of modular small form factor computers, and at Evans & Sutherland where he introduced and marketed groundbreaking high resolution displays for simulation, training, and entertainment.  Mr. Bjernfalk holds a BSEE degree from Cornell University and an MBA degree from the University of Utah.

President of Quantum3D's subsidiary, CG² Inc. 

Ms. Vaquerizo has been with Quantum3D and CG² since 2002.  Ms. Vaquerizo provides business development, program management, and engineering design and review oversight for CG²'s DoD contracts, including BAA and SBIR programs.  Her technical expertise includes sensor data fusion and real-time visualization technologies.  Prior to joining the Quantum3D team, Ms. Vaquerizo was the owner of Soft Reality Inc., a visual simulation company that achieved the 2002 Top Diversity Owned Business, the 2000 SBA “Administrators Award of Excellence” and the 1999 NASA / United Space Alliance “Woman-Owned Business of the Year” for the visual system upgrade and display system integration to the Shuttle orbiter OV-095 (at the Shuttle Avionics Integration Laboratory [SAIL] facility, JSC Houston).  Ms. Vaquerizo started in the visual simulation industry at General Electric Simulation and Control Systems in Daytona Beach working on real-time rendering and database generation applications and then transitioned to Lockheed Martin Information Systems in Orlando where she lead the research team in Distributed Interactive Simulation technologies, in which she holds a patent.  Ms. Vaquerizo holds a BS in Computer Science, a BS in Aeronautical Studies, and an AS in Aviation Management, each from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach FL.
