"Quantum3D is transitioning from being a developer of point-product
visual computing systems and software to providing its customers
with integrated image generation (IG) solutions that include advanced
hardware, software, services, and support for synthetic environments,"
stated Gordon Campbell, Chairman of the Board for Quantum3D. "We're
pleased to have an executive of Ed's caliber to lead the Company's
management team through this new phase of corporate development.

Chips & Technologies, Cobalt Networks, SEEQ, and 3dfx Interactive.
Building on the company's success at offering advanced, open-architecture,
scalable IG and embedded visual computing solutions that support
a broad spectrum of synthetic environment training applications,
Mr. McConaghay will focus the company's resources on expanding
market share for both IG solutions and services, as well as developing
the infrastructure required to support Quantum3D's commercial
and military customers on a global basis. Quantum3D's customers

the training market and COTS embedded visual computing systems

a number of military and commercial applications. We will expand
on this foundation by continuing to provide the industry's best
visual computing solutions and services to further extend our
