Inc., announced today that, as indicated in the press release
from the U.S. Department of Justice (see www.usdoj.gov/usao/can/press/2006/2006_12_14_meng.indictment.press.html),
Quantum3D is fully cooperating with the U.S. Government in the
ongoing investigation of the Sheldon Meng case.

efforts of the Department of Justice in prosecuting this case”,

value to our Company, but, in some cases, are also controlled
