Overview

Quantum3D’s Sentiris® 4110 PCI Mezzanine Card family provides high-performance, high-resolution, multi-channel 2D and 3D graphics, video capture, and advanced display capabilities for embedded visual computing applications. These cards are ideal for low power applications that deploy in extended or extreme, Mil-Spec environments. Sentiris® 4110 PMCs adhere to the IEEE 1386.1 standard and support Commercial-off-the-Shelf (COTS), open architecture PC computer systems using NVIDIA® Quadro® Mobile GPU technology. They provide a simple, yet powerful solution for embedded training applications, synthetic vision, avionics, and C4ISR applications. With high graphics performance per watt of power, Sentiris® 4110 PMC models CD13 and CV10 deliver the best 2D or 3D graphics for real-time visualization in mission critical applications.

The Sentiris® 4110 PMC Model CD13 uses Conduction cooling while the CV10 uses Convection cooling.

  • Advanced Graphics – For both 2D and 3D, Sentiris® 4110 PMCs leverage NVIDIA’s Quadro® 4 GPU to offer workstation performance: 3.5M independent trilinear textured triangles/sec; 2.6M independent, Z-buffered, lit anti-aliased lines/sec.
  • Flexibility – For applications requiring multiple channel outputs, Sentiris® 4110 PMCs support 2-channel display systems per PMC. Graphics output can be Analog RGB, LVDS, or Composite Video.
  • Open Architecture Application Design – Sentiris® 4110 PMCs support Microsoft Windows, Linux, VxWorks, OpenGL® and DirectX® on both IA32 and PowerPC architectures for fast, portable, application development.
  • Designed for Mil-Spec – Leveraging Quantum3D’s power management technology, Sentiris® 4110 PMCs deliver high performance, along with low power consumption and heat dissipation. The CV10 model is convection-cooled and the CD13 is conduction-cooled.
  • Development Systems Available – Compliant with the IEEE 1386.1 PCI Mezzanine card standard, Sentiris® 4110 PMCs are compatible with embedded single-board computers with either 33 MHz or 66 MHz PMC slots. A standard development system with Sentiris® SDK is available to jumpstart your project.
